YOLO DING DONG (yolodingdong.com) is a collective online entertainment experience. Visitors purchase virtual "meals" that are fed to a fictional, entirely digital character. The character periodically "explodes" as part of the game's fiction. No real person or animal is involved or harmed.
All payments are one-time entertainment purchases of virtual content (a virtual meal or a Hall-of-Glory bump, delivered instantly). There are no subscriptions, no accounts and no recurring charges.
Withdrawal right (EU/EEA consumers): before each first purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). Because the virtual item is delivered and consumed the moment your payment succeeds, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the item was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side. In that case contact us and we will make it right.
The "burst" moment is determined by a random target fixed before each round (see Provably Fair). The only outcome of triggering a burst is cosmetic recognition: the ability to display a short public message on the site. No money, goods, or anything of monetary value is ever awarded. This is not a lottery, raffle, or gambling product.
Free snacks. From time to time we offer a free virtual snack ("First Bite"). Free snacks are promotional and purely cosmetic: they add calories to the character but never advance the burst counter, can never win, and have no effect on paid gameplay. No purchase is necessary to use them. Availability is limited per device and time period, protected by anti-abuse measures, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Simulated meals. The character may occasionally feed himself; such meals are labelled with his own name in the live feed, are purely cosmetic and never advance the burst counter, never win and never affect paid gameplay or the fairness mechanism.
Names and messages you submit are displayed publicly. You must not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that impersonates others or contains personal data. We may remove or edit any message at our sole discretion, without notice or refund.
By submitting a name or message you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display it on the site and in promotional material for the game (screenshots, social posts and similar).
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue the game at any time.
